Founded by Kevin N. Shriner, Ed.D., Educo Services brings national leadership in benchmarking, institutional strategy, and distance education research. Since its inception, Educo has partnered with over 1,600 colleges and universities—including Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs), R1 research universities, regional comprehensives, and community colleges.

Meet the Founder: Kevin N. Shriner, Ed.D.
Kevin N. Shriner is a nationally recognized expert in institutional effectiveness, benchmarking, and distance education research. With over 25 years of experience—including leadership roles in both public and private institutions—he has served as a consultant and advisor to more than 1,600 colleges and universities.
Kevin is a past Fellow of the National Summer Data Policy Institute (NSF/NCES) and the Association for Institutional Research’s NCES Fellowship Program. He currently serves as Executive Director of both IDEBP and CDER.
